Delivery

All items are picked, packed and despatched from our own UK warehouse. We take special care to ensure your item is packed in a professional and timely manner.

Heavy or bulky items are sometimes subject to a courier surcharge of £9.95. This is only normally required if you are in Northern Ireland or any other offshore island. Some parts of Scotland also fall into this category. If you are unsure then PLEASE e-mail us PRIOR to purchasing.

Your order will normally be posted within 1 working day of purchase and delivery should take place approx 1-3 days later depending on the delivery method.

Regrettably we cannot allow pickups.

Payment

After you have purchased an item, please follow the eBay links and complete the checkout procedure in full. This will update our system with your address and payment details allowing us to dispatch your order within 1 working day.

It is a great help for both us and the couriers if you can provide a telephone number. This is just in case the courier cannot find your address, you can be assured this information will not be passed on to anyone else.
